A little card about flowers. Buying flowers for myself used to feel like an unnecessary expense. Purely decorative, not going to last very long, and most importantly isn’t that something you're supposed to wait for someone to give you?
I don’t remember when that changed, but I buy flowers often now. They make me happy, I don’t depend on anyone else to supply that. I make the paycheck, and I say I do nice things for me sometimes. Now that I’ve discovered this, getting flowers from anyone else can't beat getting flowers from me.
